Iam dissappointed for alot of reasons I did not get the squeeze pouch as expected .I was sent a bottle. I ordered this product December 14, 2025 and I didnot recieve my product until late January. Nobody had the decency to call and check accuracy of my address .I had to call several times, send emails . I had track down my order. The customer service is terrible. I have only been using this product for a few weeks . I cannot tell yet if its helping my hidrantinis yet.

Nice fragrance of detergent. Eliminates odor as stated

I emptied out all my bras and panties from the draws and washed them with the clean & cute panty wash and it’s a different feeling it’s never a dull moment thank you again Dr. Roger

The product is great. I truly have no complaints on the wash. It does what is promised and I've been using it since 2021 and have recommended it to friends and family. Unfortunately the shipping is not consistent and Dr. Tosha isn't as communicative as she could be. Not sure if this is a one woman show/operation but she could use help in that department. I've been waiting for my order to ship for two weeks. I'd like to continue purchasing the wash but the lack of follow up makes it difficult.
