Love it, doesn't irritate my lady parts and no u pleasant smell.

The product itself is amazing! The ordering process was very simple. Communication is extremely poor and had gotten worse within the last year. I have to repeatedly send emails for an update on shipping. 2 different times I've switched to pickup bcz why pay that much for shipping and its taking a month to receive. With pick up you're supposed to hear from someone within a few days or so and finally did with a pick up date the next few days and that never happened until I reached out via email twice and finally got a response a week or so AFTER the pickup date. The young lady was very pleasant and she did allow me to add and pay for a 2nd panty wash on site. No discount for the delay or trouble. But again I love the product and Dr. Rogers, the warehouse may need more help.
